The shape of the day is fixed. What fills it comes from your latitude, your season, and the weather outside your window right now.

Location is resolved in your browser and never stored. Precise location is optional and asks first; without it the station falls back to your time zone, which is enough to place you within a climate band.

Swapping in real recordings

Everything you hear now is synthesized in the browser so the page works with zero assets. ENGINE.loadPack(url) accepts a JSON manifest of stem URLs grouped by phase; when a pack is present the synth voices stand down and real buffers take their place through the same scheduler.
